No Problems

Jason upgraded Software to Win2k last night. Patrick finished the migration this morning. Everything now appears to be working properly. This could serve as a template for departmental server migrations.

Here's the process if the server is already Win2k:

1. Establish trust relationship.
2. Grant corresponding AD user rights in the old domain.
3. Convert users to use AD accounts rather than old domain account.
4. Change server domain to UNL-AD.

At this point everything should work properly. Since every folder had dual rights (old domain and AD accounts), users shouldn't notice the final step at all.
