Roaming Profiles: Since they can be redirected to a file server, any department wanting roaming profiles can store them on a local server. This avoids the potential consumption of disk space on the DCs.

Home Directories: After more discussion, it was decided that the best solution is to have multiple drive letters, and assign them by OU.
