Minutes of Active Directory Committee meetings.

Primary DC up and running. Base OU's created. OU Admin accounts created and issued.

Patrick informed OUs of some security GPO they could implement. The first was to prevent users from browsing the AD Users and Computers (if they figured out how to install it). The second prevented users from browsing the AD using Network Neighborhood. CBA and JDE both indicated they were interested in doing this for their OUs.

Eric talked about the new JDE software that would be installed on their servers. Future versions will likely not use Terminal Services.

Paul talked about the student information being imported into the active directory. Students have the option of preventing their information from being displayed in the directory. He'll check to see if information for these students is being sent in the data feed.
